Knowledge Services is proud to work with staffing vendors large and small to fill our clients' temporary staffing and SOW needs. Prospective vendors are required to submit our 'Interested Vendor Questionnaire' to create their profile. That way, we can contact you if a spot opens up or if a special need arises.

BAFO Practices

As trusted partners to our clients, it is our duty to provide the best pricing possible. Combined with our industry-leading low MSP fee, our BAFO functionality provides our clients with maximum savings.

Transparent Invoicing

We firmly believe that vendors should know where their money is at each stage of the staffing cycle. We provide our vendors with full transparency of their funds throughout their engagement.

Space-Tech

Agile Technology

Our proprietary VMS follows the agile development and delivery model, pushing new functionality and updates every month.

Knowledge Services has a long history of working in the talent industry.

Over 25 years ago, we began as a training facility, ultimately becoming a staffing vendor and then taking on MSP responsibilities.

We set out on a mission to transform the way contracted staff, vendors, and clients engage with one another from "req to check." Now, Knowledge Services and its proprietary VMS help break down barriers between our vendors, clients, and contracted staff in our programs.

We are proud to partner with our vendor community to help our clients find the best possible talent for their open positions and projects and, ultimately, achieve business goals.

In our many years of experience, we have found that by keeping our programs' vendor lists small, our clients and vendors are most successful.

Generally, our programs operate with a closed vendor list for all new positions and projects. We remain steadfast in our commitment to small, local, and diverse engagement in our programs. While all interested vendors are encouraged to apply through the 'Interested Vendor Questionnaire,' vendors acknowledge that acceptance into our programs is not guaranteed.

Even after admittance into our programs, vendors are regularly vetted for performance and coached for success.

If a vacancy opens up in any of our programs, our team will reach out to our interested vendors that may be a good fit.

Likewise, if a special client project arises and we need to expand our vendor list, we will contact vendors that have submitted the 'Interested Vendor Questionnaire' and meet the criteria. Be sure to include in your application any differentiators for your organization, any specialties you focus on, etc.

I've been working directly with vendors in our programs for over 10 years and I can tell you that we take our vendor relationships seriously. We truly value our vendor partnerships in achieving meaningful business results for our clients.

Ready to submit the questionnaire?

Submitting the 'Interested Vendor Questionnaire' is the first step to joining our MSP programs.

We must reiterate that many of our programs have closed vendor lists, but sometimes a vacancy will come up or a special need will arise. We encourage all interested vendors to submit the questionnaire and share with us what your firm specializes in and what makes your firm different.
