Significant expertise in the ability to collect data and then organize, clean, transform and analyze.
This position is part of a team that works on all areas of the surveillance, prevention, and policy development for COVID-19. The primary role of this team is to help support the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of COVID-19 surveillance and prevention efforts. This position may be asked to support other programs, as needed.
Within the Epi/Ops unit of the RI Covid-19 Response operation, ensure that records are moving through the program surveillance system as timely and efficiently as possible.
The focus of the position is to ensure that invoices are audited and paid accurately on a timely basis, pursuant to vendor agreements and contracts.
Uses advanced techniques, queries and interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques, develops predictive models using administrative datasets and provides ongoing reports.
